Sagging rear wiper A3

The rear wiper on the wife's A3 is sagging down onto the bodywork, anyone had this before and done a fix?

Yeah there's a small spring in there to hold it up and straight and level, dad replaced his (Sportback) after snow weighed it down, dealer said very common in snow, one guy had been in three times that winter! Flip your wiper up when snow is forecast / falling for this reason....

No idea I'm afraid, pretty sure he just walked in and ordered it, they knew what it was because they did so many

Fixed, remove wiper - move round one spline - reinstall.
