Audi a4 b6 memory seats

Hey guys,

I'm in need of a bit if technical help!

Ive tried everything to program my seats and mirrors to my setting, but every time I unlock the car they go back to the previous settings, and none if the preset memories have been changed to my settings.

Both the car keys have different settings, how can I change these to my settings?
