Bugatti Veyron vs Ferrari F430

Read yesterday that Veyron MK II is on its way in the coming months. Currently testing at 1600 PS (and don't forget that Bugatti insists on quoting power outputs conservatively to allow for hot weather and altitude) and reportedly running 0-100 kmh times around 2 seconds ..... Although i find that sprint time to be very optimistic. Would an extra 599ps make that much difference? I wonder how many radiators it'll have now.
Wonder if Ferrari will even try to respond.
