RFC1149 .... nice one! (aka Packet over Pigeon) ... and 2549 is Packet over a Pigeon sat in a 1st class seat of an aircraft, or 2nd class, or the luggage bay - depending on pigeon/packet classification and egress queue scheduling/bandwidth (seat) reservation

RFCs 1925, 1438, 2324, 3251 and 2795 are better...
