It is a great car but I would imagine not as easy to live with as the Porsche. It has a very firm ride, and was a hard to live with day by day esp with the crap roads by me and the numerous speed bumps.
I would say that out of all my previous cars it is the one i miss the least and kept for the shortest time. Dont get me wrong i still loved it. That engine is superb and the driving position is great. The sport button introduces a very aggressive throttle response which makes pulling off in 1st very problematic
Many change the wheels to the CSL type which look superb. The stock exhaust note is great.
Their main fault (like our DRC) is that the rear springs seem to fail regularly but this never happened to me.
By by the sound of it this would fit your mate perfectly as a 2nd car for taking on the track, and the prices now are fairly keen seeing as it was a £40k car new (overpriced perhaps).
