SimonS4MTM's Mini is a "one", ours (derdle's) is a Cooper. The chrome bar across the front lower grill is different so it looks like harperboy's is a Cooper. BUT perhaps Simons and harperboys are both newer models than ours (52 reg).

So basically, I've no fu**ing idea and not a lot of help. Sorry.

It looks like it has a rev counter in the middle of the steering wheel which, i think, makes it a cooper.

Stands back and waits to be corrected

The fact that you asked me?

BTW, the bumpers are different due to the age of the car, a few minor changes in 2004 i believe.

Yes the rev counter was an option on the One, now standard i think. However most cars have them fitted.

Only been in the family just over a week and learing fast!!!

But don't the "One's" have an instrument pod there?

Im pretty sure simons is a cooper actually. Ours is infact a mini one with the grill bought from BMW afterwards.

Your learning quick simon, im impressed, our mini one does have the rev counter.
I would definatley get the white bonnet stripes, it would really finish the car off. They are very cheap as well and pretty easy to fit!

RS4Kev, it does have the rev counter which is standard on the cooper but you can get it as an option an the earliar models, which i think is standard now.

Anyone else think the ride in the RS4 is a lot smoother than the wife's Mini then? Bl***y run flat tyres.

Yeh, the cooper S with run flat tyres was quite a bumpy ride!
