So did I :D Then remembered that there a no back seats in a GT3 so there's no way I'd get that past the wife  Retrofitable?

So, any news Prawn? Spent any money over the weekend? :D

Cheers

Ben

Spent most of the last 2 days test driving cars,
993RS, very nice but not for me, didn't give me the same buzz as the RS4
Sagaris, awesome car still pondering on that one however I would like to see what the reliability etc are like over the first few months before I went for one.
Cerbera 4.5LW, again very nice but the servicing costs are too high

So looks like I will be sticking with the RS4 for a while at least.

Now what can I do to it next

Shaun suggest you hitch a ride with me at Silverstone and im sure you will see the benefits on the track over and above the RS4

Will do that JR, cheers

I have no doubt the 993RS would have been better on the track but would not have been as suited to my everyday use as the RS4.

I think therein lies the issue...I got in my car on Friday night for the trip home...pissing down with rain, cold..typical English weather and blatted home in the RS4 trying to set as many dash lights off as possible. :D

Would love a Mk1 GT3, but in those conditions I'm sure it wouldn't have got me home as quick/safe....not to mention the fact that I'm sure I'd get treated like a poser/tosser on the road and I probably wouldn't be happy leaving it parked anywhere.

At least 99% of my driving is on English roads/conditions...where the RS is far better suited IMHO..

Still...doesn't stop me being tempted, but thats just human nature.

You will be the first call when the decision is made mate.

Decided to keep the car after all, at least for another year or so.

Bought a Radical Clubsport for trackdays instead :biggrin3:
