I can heartily concur with Jeeves re the Kangoo Trekka... I ordered a 4WD from Hertz Geneva for a skiing trip a couple of weeks ago thinking I would get a Jeep/Disco/Volvo type vehicle and was proudly presented with the keys to a Kangoo. Notwithstanding my protestations and being the subject of much mirth everywhere we went in it, it wasnt actually all that bad (no, really!). It'll certainly make you appreciate your Audi too!
In all seriousness, I'd take a look at the deals they are doing on the run-out Allroad - for 25k you'll probably squeeze a brand new one out of some desperate dealer or other.

Mind you, the Escalade has a certain appeal - like my old man used to say ' I like to drive a car i can get up and walk around in'. (then again he wasnt all that tall). Make sure it's on chrome 22's though like all the footballers wives' round here drive. Pimp that ride baby!

Martyn - most of them are clients of Mrs Mac so I think they are all wonderful ladies, jolly fine individuals, and as customers always right of course. And somebodies' daughters for that matter...!
And Bobjebb, Toasty's right. Go for the hummer. In fly yellow. Parking will never again be a problem.

Listers have had a Yellow H2 for some time. Looks cool too. As for footballers wives, I think they normally look great, especially when they're fully loaded with all the toys... if you know what I mean! Gord - if you hear of any spare ones knocking about who like the throb of a 6plus (the car, not me).....

Good choice.

No idea on price. Depends on how long they've had it, whether your trading anything, colour, spec, and how desperate you want it.

I assume that's a V6 for that money ?
If its a v8 then thats a very good deal anyway imo.
Too many toys, not enough time

I'd go Allroad. I know my wife loves them.

No disrespect, but most women want a pretty car that's not too unwieldy or difficult to drive. If she's anything like my ex, the thing'll have been hit within a week! Go for a RAV4 and if it doesn't get you extras, kick her out..
