I had a P1 for 2 years and loved it. Really is an everyday car without problem and flatters even the crappest driver. It can get a bit dull sometimes - it is that easy to drive fast that it all gets a bit playstation - all the speed but less of the sensation.

Overall feel is about as quick as heavily modded RS4 but with sharper handling (less mass to move about) but the cabin is Jap quality at its worst - if you find a rattle free one I'd be amazed.

As far as track work is concerned it isn't cheap to run. It will cook tyres and brakes reasonably quickly (try to get one with the Alcon Prodrive brake upgrade) and P Zero tyres can go off well before they wear out. Make sure its service history is nice and clean (specialist servicing is OK if they're reputable). Ultimately I found it dull on a track as awd level of grip eventually makes it unsatisfying lap after lap. However overall it will anhiliate a modded S3 in the performance stakes.
