Wiring Niggles on 2006 B7 RS4 avant common source?

Hi, looking for a bit of help with an ongoing period of unrelated electrical issues that are trying my patience and unlikely to be easily solved by a trader.

1. Remote locking not working, will re sync in ignition, work for the day but not the next morning. Battery in the key fob is new
2. Bulb failure warning pops up for left rear indicator, then clears when you use it, and front right fog, which doesn't come on until 20 seconds after turning on.
3. One parking sensor seems to have stopped working, but no idea which so all are out.

Forever the optimist I am wandering if a common earth might be the source. Or if not if any other members have had similar, and solved.
