. Trying to put personal plate on new car No joy. No bugger answers the phone or even worse you join that virtual chat <beep> with a friggin robot which just keeps referring you back to FAQ’s. I’ve had a red reminder that my old cars tax has expired and they took another months payment, my fault for not cancelling DD. No chance of getting that back at the moment. Can it honestly be that hard to have staff working from home on laptops ffs this is the 21st century
