Their aim is to get enough members signed up to be able to negotiate a discount of between 5 and 10p a litre off petrol and diesel with one of the major petrol retailers.
Membership was 50'000 at the beginning of December and growing by 10'000 per week! Doesn't say what the target membership figure is though....
