Where to buy GENUINE RNS-E Bluetooth harness/loom?

Having some noise issues with my bluetooth install on my RNS-E in my 2007 RS4 B7.

I would like to buy a genuine Audi bluetooth loom.

Any idea where to get one from?

Plenty of aftermarkets on ebay etc but no genuine ones.
