Rs6 front dics

Anyone know if the newer clover leaf design front disc off the Rs6 c7 will fit the Rs6 c6 cars ? i know there a different part num,but they do look like they will go straight on.if i replace my disc might as well put on the later design.

Pretty sure the pads are the same but the discs will have the wrong offset.
