Friend of mine worked at our local Bentley dealers and offered me a Conti GT for the day, i refused a couple of times as thought they weren't for me...

Rang me one day to say someone has dropped out over a bank holiday weekend and a 3 day loan was available so I said what the heck, i'll give it a blast.

What a machine, build quality, speed and handling were great especially in dynamic mode - in comfort mode it was a pussy too, could i heck park it as its so wide it takes up more than one bay.

A lot of RS6 C7 running gear on them but overall I was very impressed and has set the seed for when I'm a little older and grey but not the old mans car I thought it was.

Going on another driving event on Thursday morning with the W12 GT speed and Bentayga, I will be spanking them and give my feedback.

BTW - i was told there's a 15% discount on any GT model before you start negotiating if anyone is in the market for one.

Thanks lads.

I went an drove an m6 convertible at the weekend. And although it's a great car, it's just not for me. They go well and sound nice, but they just don't give that special feeling.

I think I need to drive supersport as I normally only keep cars short term anyway so will have a go in one and then see if I'd put my money where my mouth is.
