Wow and I thought I'd spent some money on my RS4.
I just had time to page through the pictures and read only some of the comments. I'll take my time on this one of the coming week.
This chap is seriously well healed and all credit to him.
It's really good to see such a beautiful car being restored, I thought it looked good outside the patisserie in the 1st thread

Great restoration build, that's some serious money gone into the build!

Most people can only imagine what driving ones of these must be like, the F40's are one of my all time favourite cars.

Read the whole thread and watched the videos. I'm not a book worm but I could not put my computer down. The only reason I did was to savour the thread over a few nights with a Stella in hand. The thread really puts into perspective the ethos of RS246 and the enthusiasm of great cars. We can all learn from this thread about, air cooling, brakes, wheels, paint work, modifications, heat treatment coatings, rolling road remapping, etc etc. And most of all commitment.
