There are so many different variations of H&R spacers (variations of flange size and angle etc) that you need to be careful you get the right ones.
If you use one of the normal routes to get them that are famiar with the car you will be fine. Loads of members here use them.
I'd stick to either Revolution or Virdee for spacers.

I had wheel vibration using h&r 8mm ones up front but that was more the face of the hub on my wheel not being 100% flat after a refurb
i now just have 10mm on the back

Cheers for reply's lads.
I was asked today to measure how far the rear hub sticks out on my rs4 b7 to see if these h&r 10mm hub centric spacers would work . The measurment i got was 13mm . So been told these spacers will be no good . I see loads use 10mm spacers on rear wheels . Do i need a different type or sumthing . Just getting confussed just now !!!

Loads of people run spacers on the B7's. They range from 8mm to 12mm front and rear, so can't see any issue with 10mm spacers (unless you are running different wheels with a weird offset). Speak to Virdee autos (site Sponsor) for a hassle free spacer purchase.
