Heat shielding, zircoflex

Having recently fitted the Revolution Air Induction kit and some new carbon fibre I am lookin at backing them to protect them from engine heat. This newish product seems to come highly recommended but does anyone on here have any experiences with it?

I popped along to see them as there just a few miles away from me I was told when they had a look at the engine bay and filter area the best thing is to coat the manifolds to reduce the heat source, so after being told that I did not bother with taking it further I would get it all done if I ever go for a new exhaust system.
