How do you 'exercise' your car?

Same for me. The only time I hit 3 digits will be holding 2nd and 3rd down the slip road to join a dual carriage way or motorway. I then tend to back off to less license worrying speeds.

My daily commute lets me get the hammer down on occasion :) might be why my average mpg is so bad :(

Much improved although its early days yet... It's gonna drop rapidly in a couple if days :) nearly 1000 miles then can drive it properly ;)
