Bonnet gap...

Again apologies for the stupid noob move here. I thought my bonnet / bumper sat fairly flush but looking at it now it really isn't - there's about an 8mm gap and the bonnet protrudes ever so slightly. The car has had a front end respray (no crash damage just wanted it perfect) and I assume that it's just not gone back in the right place. So - how do I fix this? I know there are two adjusters to bring the bumper up but if the lights are already set do I have to redo them aswell?

Can I pull the bonnet back a bit? Is there a way? A little guide would be awesome.
