For Those of you Using Admiral Multi-Car Insurance...

Post by P_G » Fri Jun 15, 2012 7:41 am

How many days before the expiry of your policy were you sent your renewal quote?

As it is the 15th today and 15 days until my policy expires I have received no documentation, with other insurares it has been some 4 week beforehand?

And don't get me started on their FCUKING stupid website. I have regsitered for online log in yet it cannot recall my E-mail address so when you go to register it tells me there are errors but not what the errors are. So now I have to spend money phoning them because they are FCUKING USELESS!

Not a good start to a pi$$ poor Friday morning.

I didn't have a multi-car policy with them, but my standard renewal came through just over a week before it was due.

I've tried that and 15 minutes waiting to get through to be told they couldn't tell me what my renewal was!

Don't be a numpty graeme

Their renewal price won't be their cheapest

Just go on the website and get a new quote as a new customer, u need to put in a random name as it will recognise you

That will be their cheapest quote, then just call them and give them that reference no. For that price and they will give u it for that price

Its a case of computer says yes

I got a £160 customer loyalty discount by just asking on the phone. New quote tonight but wanted to see what the renewak is. Sure insurance has gone up (again) but I now havd 1 yead NCB of the SEAT (20%), all the cars are cheaper, one less claim in the last year yet it is £270 more. There is no logic to it.
