Replacing a Audi Switchblade key.. I lost 1 today :(

I have a 02 Audi S3, does anyone know if I can replace the key quite cheaply via means through ebay or something??


Maybe obtain a blank key so to speak and have Audi recut it??

Any ideas?

thats harsh,tried gettin a switchblade for the a6 and was quoted £250 for one.might need a new one for the a8 cos its kinda scruffy and doesnt look too nice.so thats £500 on two keys :shock:

Called the first shopping center I visited yesterday, they had my keys :D

I was one lucky mofo!!!

there are switchblade keys on ebay sometimes that are uncut and could get a good key cutting shop to cut ? and reprogram yourself if you have outher keys ?

I had a key pinched off my desk at work for the RS4, new key from Audi was £130 and one hours labour to re-programme the the new and the existing old one to render the half inched one useless. Won't be leaving my keys on the desk again :thumbsdown:
