I've been to 2 Bedford days and both were a shambles.

I'd say bad, but would like to see them make a go of it.

I've been to four of his corporate days and they are the best things ever. I drove my first S4 at one of the events
Pricey, but well run and damn good fun for the punters.

GREAT I reckon

All the events I've been to at Bedford have been excellent.
However they were either run by Palmer themselves or RMA

IMHO *most* days run by *most* of the other companies out there, whatever the venue, tend to be a joke in comparison.

You get what you pay for, sadly particularly true of track days.

Noise levels are NOT set by the track owners in most cases, it's not in their interests to set them low, they're set by the local councils in the area, and are normally the result of whining from local residents who were quite happy there was a circuit found in their searches when they bought the house but don't want anyone actually using it

Anything that stops Brands Hatch Circuits (formely Octagon Motorsports) from selling Brands and others as development land is great IMHO.

I've met JP on many occasions and trust me he's a true petrolhead who loves motorsport and does everything "properly", Bedford Autodrome is one of the best facilities in this country, it's only downfall is that it's very flat and featureless.
The full 4.2 mile "GT" circuit is excellent and has a superb surface.
