Help with Locking wheel bolts!!!!!

Post by Stepho » Tue Aug 17, 2010 6:33 pm

Looking for some help with these locking wheel bolts. Had some work done and looks like someone stuck them on with an impact wrench and has destroyed the clover shaped pattern on the socket used to remove the bolts. If anyone can identify these it would be a great help. Hopefully I can contact the manufacturer and get a new socket.

Here is the Bolt heads:

Snap-on do a special tool to get locking wheel bolts/nuts off. Worth a call around a few garages to see if anyone has the tool, should only take 10 mins to get them all off. It damages the bolts so you'll have to buy a new set.. I've got a set of Audi locking wheel bolts if you're interested?

Thanks Mikey, I'll look into that. Unfortunately they are aftermarket wheels so the shoulder has a 60 degree chamfer and the Audi bolts don't fit. I also have a spare set which are no good.
