Down Rover

Post by PaulF » Fri Nov 16, 2007 9:26 pm

Saw a car today, badged a Rover ZT400. I assume it is a higher performance version of the ZT260. Anyone know anything about them. I did a Google but only halfheartedly and didn't come up with much. Just wondered how it would go compared to my B5 RS4 albeit we were in town.

I think they made a few rear wheel drive "specials" with a huge V8 (possibly 4.6 Litre), around 400 BHP in an outdated chassis.

Be interesting to see how a B5 RS4 would fare against such a beast.

There was a super charged one a vmax the other month , I smoked him in the rs6 when i had 434bhp . Was a shame as he went home with the rac as he blew a heater hose later in the day..
