TWOC'ing is just a dumbed down version of saying theft really. The old bill can't be ar$ed to do the job properly to prove theft and so TWOC is a easier option.

He also got a 3 year ban but denied a charge of "Aggravated Vehicle Taking". He'll have to take an extended driving test to get his licence back too.
