Mercedes AMG CL65 = V12 Biturbo / 612hp / 1000nm at 2000rpm. And i thought the SL55 was fast. This car is not going to have any rivals. Wonder if the engine fits in the [img]images/graemlins/rs4-button.jpg[/img]

The weight difference will help the GT to 100km/h (by little), but to 200 and 300 i doubt it (1000 nm and twin turbos is the secret to this incredible acceleration).

Yeah, that thing could torque the back-end of JR [img]images/graemlins/icon_lol.gif[/img], but aerodynamics play a big part at those speeds - I think that's where the Carrera GT will outclass the Merc (oh, and in the handling department)

Nice car but think about the depreciation, my MD had one of the V12 S600 Coupe's bought new for about £100k sold 3 years later for £18k, there is no second market for a 2 door gas guzzler can't even be used as an upmarket taxi, buyers beware! [img]images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img]

if you think the cl65 amg is fast, also the sl65 amg will be very fast. top speed is estimated at 335 km/h without speed limiter.

The 7 speed auto will be fitted, and this will allow Merc to remove the engine restrictors that are currently in place to protect the 'box.
