Turbo made a VERY NICE comparison between a brand new GT3 and the racing version GT3 Cup (like 240kg lighter, among other things).
For the review, they reversed drivers so it's the pro-racer which drives the standard car while the magazine driver is in the GT3 Cup.

Note : the GT3 Cup is on racing slicks while the standard has factory-installed tyres. Both do 383hp but only the standard one has ceramic brakes while the Cup has steel ones.
