Many thoughts such has, what if you run out of battery, does the power of the car become less as the battery gets older etc. Seems like a good move forward for electric cars though.
Yellow Mini One, AmD tuned to 130bhp, K&N induction kit, Milltek cat-bac exhaust, go-faster bonnet stripes (at least another 10bhp!)

Batteries are supposed to last for 100k miles, obviously with charges every 250 miles.

A re-charge only takes 3.5 hours

No "Ken Livingstone rip off" charge either, zero emissions (from the car) ... good if it's a company car.

Heard the otehr day of someone having to repalce the battery in a Prius....£1500 or something rediculous.

Anyone found what car it is based upon yet. The handling of this car will be something else, even with the batteries.

its based on an Elise chassis and produced in the UK by Lotus :)
