This has been done to death on numerous threads...
Had the OEM Sports Exhaust - not dramatic enough in dynamic £1000 factory option
Akra - sell a kidney due to cost. £6000
Milltek - the choice of the majority, me included - Non Res Cat Back = noise, lot of noise £1500
or chop out centre section on your own exhaust and get a pipe welded in place - cheap option, similar noise to Milltek
Have you purchased the C7 as yet?

He is asking about a RS7 not RS6 but I think the options are similar (are the exhausts exactly the same, I'm not sure?).
Other options include custom exhausts like JC weldfab. If they are the same as the rs6 then there is of course a Larini exhaust and Supersprint do one for the RS7. As they sell it in America I'd imagine you have quite a few other options too.

We've done a few RS6. Akra, Miltek as Mike said are popular. Remus now have an option too which would be a good alternative.
Let me know if we can help

I collect my RS6 with the full Akrapovic from Bramley on Saturday morning. The sound is epic and much deeper than the Miltek. Worth watching this
