Just had a play on the config, call me easily satisfied but its fairly decent to start with unlike the S4.

I configured mine to 80k I think. That's without ceramics and a few other bits and bobs.

When you are ready for the upgrade, we can walk together into an Audi stealer, and try to get good discount x 2

I only added paint, BOSE, CD changer (cos I'm old fashioned), touchscreen Nav (£1500), rear parking, heated seats (bargain at £100). 59k including the most important option - Avant!

Isnt that because when cruising the car shuts down 4 cylinders and runs on the other 4 therefore returning very good MPG.

What on earth did you spec to get to that price? Would have to be Ceramics, B&O &/or some of the Individual Interior options?

Yes, that's the biggest part of it. Still about 20-30% more economical than the C6 across the board, but when cruising is where the biggest advantage is.

They don't do a touchscreen nav. Think you mean nav with touchpoint which is like a laptop mousepad to write nav details with your fingers (got that on my A8).

Was back in the dealers yesterday & found out the car i had last weekend had a few other options i'd not noted, so OTR price would have been around £58K. I prefer the saloon so that's a few quid saved :bigblink: One option on the car i had that i didn't realise was an option was Dynamic steering, i'd be interested to see what one without felt like as this option is about £1400 :audibash:

Pretty sure many of the must have options are covered in packs as they have a Tech pack, Tech pack+ & comfort pack. Were a few options i thought wtf :bigblink:

Certainly had B&O and I wanted the ventilated seats therefore had to spec exclusive interior which was hefty. I added all the tech possible as well.

Thats the one, Nav high, had a look at the touchpad in a MK Meet attendees A7 recently, very trick. Doesn't the new A3 have a touchscreen?
