Wheel Offset

Post by Fliptop » Tue Oct 30, 2018 1:11 pm

Hi guys - just bought a 2017 S6 and looking for another set of wheels for winter - can anyone confirm if 8.5x19 ET35 rims will fit OK with 255/40s without rubbing anywhere?

Not yet had the wheels off to check yet but I think from reading that the OE 19" rims are ET45 so 10mm extra offset

Thanks...

Thanks, I know that site well, but what I really wanted was confirmation that ET35 rims with the same size tyres that are already on my standard ET45 rims would fit without rubbing on the arch liners. It's the extra 10mm of offset that I'm concerned with.
