S7 service schedule

Hi
I’m thinking of buying an S7 but, having never even sat in one yet ( not that common are they !) what should I look out for ?
1) Exactly when were the facelift versions launched - are all 2015 cars facelift ones ?
2) Should the pre-turbo oil screens have been replaced under Audi recall and how can I check ?
3) I know the service schedule now just relies on the car telling you when, but are there more major items needed, such as plugs, gearbox service etc and when.
Anything else I should be wary of ?
I am looking at a 60k miles car but there’s little history detail. Oil and inspection at 17k and 28k then just oil and filters by a seller at 46k. No mention of anything more major.
