Exhaust help

Post by techyreg » Mon Oct 17, 2022 5:13 pm

Been covered I know but advice appreciated.
My potential new car has a full miltek non res with decat down pipes. Just too loud for me.
Can put in resonated centre section and reconnect valves on back boxes but not sure if that will give me enough reduction.
Does anybody know if standard exhaust will fit Miltek down pipes? I presume it should as Miltek cat back will connect to original down pipes?
My current RS has centre box delete with flaps disconnected and I find this about right.
Don’t want to throw away performance benefits of Miltek but just too loud atm.
Thanks

I think you can put stock downpipes and use Miltek none resonated exhaust, I use that option
