soft limiter on performance model

Can someone please confirm what this is supposed to me on a standard car

after warming up I can rev to 5.5k before the soft limiter kicks in. Is this normal as seems a little high to me?

There is no soft limiter in the C7.5 cars. However, the devs are limited to 5.5k until the engine warms up and then it goes up to 7ish. This can be seen with the redline LEDs that switch up when the engine is warm.
