Yes I’ve seen the video It’s not actually my car a mate from work has just bought it but not a member on here. He bought it from a dealer in Fareham Hants last week It failed it’s MOT on a misfire issue but the dealer told him it just ran out of fuel during the MOT It’s not showing any fault codes but said I’d post on here just in case a previous owner saw it. Unfortunately my RS6 went a few years ago🥲 Still miss it

I felt a bit guilty posting the YouTube video - but I suppose it can be looked at 2 ways: 1. <beep>! Has it been abused. 2. Car looked very cool bombing through the shot!

It's got a previous MOT failure for not being able to have emissions tested - so the current problem could be as simple as an EVAP hose / over-fuelled charcoal cannister causing the emission light to come on, or just an "iffy" reading that can be cleared with VCDS.

Never feel guilty If I was worried about replies I wouldn’t have posted it. Looking at that video it looks like three mates who’ve probably just come from some breakfast club meet. You don’t buy an RS6 to drive it like Miss Daisy I’ll pass on your thoughts re EVAP hose
