Leaking roof & engine coolant

Hey everyone - first time poster here. (Wish i'd been on here before i bought my car but here we are....)
Bought a car about 5 weeks ago from a dealer other end of the country. It's mainly stored undercover, but over xmas hols had its first test of continuous rain - and ended up with soaking wet passenger and drivers side footwell (mainly passenger - extending from front to rear).
Also had 2x check engine coolant warnings since purchase - been through about 4L of diluted coolant over the space of about 2k miles driven - feels like a lot?
Spoke to the dealership (i'm still in touch with them so won't name them) - they said take it to local Audi specialist (i'm 5hrs away from the dealer) and let us know what they say. Dealer told me "don't worry about it mate, we're not going anywhere, we'll look after you, etc" - OK cool.
(On delivery of car they never supplied me with any warranty documentation and when i asked over the phone they just said don't worry - we'll look after you - for now i'm giving them the benefit of the doubt rather than pushing for warranty docs as i think things could sour quite quickly if i start pushing for that).
Estimate from local garage to fix:
Cracked cartridge in the roof causing the leak - replace: £1060 + VAT
RS6 light on door inlay dead due to water leak - replace: £534 +VAT
Labour: £1200 + VAT
Plus any clips required est £75 + VAT
Water pump (coolant leak), seals & labour: £475
Total = £3344 + VAT = £4013
So i'm left 5 weeks after buying a 4/5 year old RS6 with estimated repairs totalling £4k - sounds extortionate to me, is it? Is £1200 labour reasonable to replace a roof cartridge?
Dealership thinks it's an extortionate quote and have said they will take the car back and do the fixes - they're not being the easiest to get hold of but on the face of it that sounds OK to me? Problem is they are likely to want to do it on the cheap and do a patch up job and not replace the cartridge I would assume?
Basically I don't know what to do / think, not sure who to trust, and not really sure where this leaves me.
I'm going to leave the dealership nameless for now as i'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they weren't aware of these issues and are going to make good on their word of fixing the car - let's see - but this has soured the experience of buying a £60k+ car to say the least.
Appreciate any input or advice
Thanks
