Old car spotted on A/T

Not every day you get to see the car you sold 4 years ago pop up again:
I just found a great car on Auto Trader:
https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-detail ... 8136208005
Last owner only put 18k miles on it in 4 years. Not bad. The spec is almost complete and I regretfully only owned it for 4-5 months (couldn’t justify the monthlies and my man maths was wrong as always!).
Still the most complete car I ever owned. I’d consider buying it back (it’s certainly in the right price bracket) but if I do go back to a C7 I’d prefer a PE.
Whoever gets it is buying a fantastic example. Prices are still outlandish though with PE’s tending to be mid £50’s to nearly £70k which is ridiculous considering the cheapest C8 is only £10k more currently.
C7’s are really nailed down with residuals it looks like but how long can that last?
