V star 21" performance wheels

Did they ever come as all silver? the car I am about to take delivery of has these wheels all silver. My first impression is that they have been refurbished as non factory finish.

Does anyone know what titanium colour the inserts would be? Is it a satin titanium finish?

Not 100% sure on the colour but they look like this

There were three options for the PE wheels:

- Full Silver without diamond cut faces
- Titanium with diamond cut face
- Gloss black with diamond cut face

The full silver is rare to be honest. Doesn't necessarily exclude them being refurb of course but this was a genuine option.
