Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve

Hi guys

So my 2013 RS6 started whistling after a long 300 mile drive as I pulled into my destination, this may have happened long before my arrival and I may not have noticed the sound, however I did notice a lack in power for the last 50 odd miles.

There were no warning lights either until the day after when the engine management light popped up.

Having had a quick google search, I came across a possible PCV valve failure, anyone experienced this?

If so, any ideas on the location of this valve and work involved?

Nils

Full front end strip down Nils
Do the oil screen as well whilst you are in there
This was a recall over in the states, so you maybe able to argue the case using the technical bulletin at your local stealer.

My old RS6 c7 had it changed. I believe it's under the turbos somewhere. Big job. So glad that car got returned and refunded.
