Hey all,

Does anyone on here have specifically an Eventuri Intake fitted?

I’m looking for first had experience and possibly a passenger ride to help me decide.

I don’t want this to turn into “not worth the money” or “just a carbon trinket” thread.

Regards,

Craig.

Hi Craig,
I have this fitted and to be honest when i had it installed initially the car did feel perkier. To be honest, you can't really here the intake noise from the driver's seat. This could be down to the Akrapovic exhaust.

Cheers

Hi Sunny,

Thanks for that. I’ve come from NA engines my last being R36 and more notably E46 M3 running CSL Airbox. Now I don’t expect that level greatness but just some aural drama, be that turbo flutter or induction. That alongside some added perkiness would be nice.

If you were to do it all again would you buy another Eventuri?

Craig

Hey Craig,
Know exactly what you're saying, use to have an E30 m3 with the carbon airbox the Induction noise was awesome and currently have a highly strung Integrale that makes the turbo flutter.
To be totally honest mate, save the cash, the RS6 does't sound anything close to the E30/E46 Induction sound.
I am based in Bucks if you want to hear it?

Cheers
Sunny

It looks lovely though. And it helped with heat soak. But if you want it purely for sound save your money; much better spent on an exhaust.
