What spark plugs are considered race plugs & which air filter upgrade to most go for?

MRC did mine a couple of years back.

Plugs are NGK Racing 4905 and the filter is just listed as "C7 RS6 high flow filter". They also fit higher presssure fuel pumps

I'd give them a shout once they re-open

Yeah I was emailing Sarah & she was getting back to me with a quote to go from stage 1 to 2 but she didn't come back, probably due to the closure. I wonder if the difference is noticeable though?

I bet you will notice going from 560 hp to stage 1 700hp but going from 700hp to stage 2 won’t be big numbers and you won’t notice anything

That's what I'm thinking, I'm ay 700bhp now with 726lb/ft. Will an extra 50bhp really notice & at the moment I've got Sports exhaust as std on the PE & I don't know if the Milltek may be too loud.

Has anyone monitored the air charge temperatures after a stage 1/2 remap? I've read that the standard charged cooler is on the limits for standard map. That's the only concern I have when it comes to a remap.
