Extended Warranty

Hi all,
My Audi warranty expires at the end of February and I want to get an indication of the cost to extend it. I spoke to Audi Finance and they say it's web based only and don't have any pricing. When I go on the website, put my reg & mileage in it just says my car is still in warranty and won't give me a quote. Any thoughts, ideas or estimates of pricing?
Failing that would anyone consider 3rd party extended warranty cover?
Any advise welcome as always.
Cheers

All components £566.71 on the basis of <10k miles per year and a £250 excess. Quotes vary by the car and mileage.

Renewed 6 months ago, all component, think was £900 but I chose £0 access. Paid for itself already as needed 1 new shock at a cost of £1200 last month. It should give you a price when you have 30days left on yours.

From memory mine was very similar to this.

Thanks all,
So I should get a reminder and then just order online?
Weird as the delivery mileage inspection was on 15th Feb '17 but no reminder. I just don't want to wait until it's expired and them they won't extend as it's expired.
Cheers

Hi all, hope you're all well and looking after your families.
Does anyone know if you are able to extend Audi's warranty after the initial 3 year's expires? Mine is due on Sunday but I was wondering if I could renew it in April or later?
Cheers

hi Shane,
Yes I believe you can BUT if you leave it a month or so then it will cost you more....
As far as I am aware, if you renew it will cost you around £550ish, but if you leave it to expire then renew, you will have to wait a month for it to start and it will be cost just over £1K.
It would be worth giving them a call before it expires...
Cheers,
Lig.

Just had this back from Audi Customer Services.
''Your vehicle was registered on 22nd March 2017. You would have to renew the policy within 30 days of this date. The last date would be the 21st April 2020. You can purchase it after this date but you would not receive the discounted rate.''
Cheers

Prices seem to be all over the place.
Mine runs out shortly on a 2015 car, 32000 miles. For a zero excess policy they want over £2k a year! A tough pill to swallow there!

Just had a renewal for 15k pa £250 excess for £487. Last year it was just under £900.
I was inclined to leave the warranty this year and get it mapped by MRC, however this does throw a spanner into the decision making...:/

£15k per annum?

So just checked mine again,
20/04/20 / All Component Cover / Under 10k Miles / £250.00 Excess = £566.71
21/04/20 / All Component Cover / Under 10k Miles / £250.00 Excess = £1083.63
Not sure how they justify that hike but will obviously extend this before the 21st.
