Extended warranty query

I have the Audi extended warranty and had the car recovered yesterday to Audi. The car was recovered through my car insurance company.

Does anyone know if the extended warranty provides a courtesy car as I doubt it will be a quick fix.

Why didn’t Audi Assist recover the car?

Will it definitely be a warranty claim?

Audi assist is not part of the warranty anymore that is extra.

Should be covered by warranty, steering failure and associated faults. Power steering failed.
