Front Bumper Fin Removal

Anyone know how to get the front bumper fins off? I’ve pulled out the grille mesh section but the fin is solid in there. Is there any tips on how to remove them. Thanks.

you have to remove the bumper. the fins are very secured with clips and the interior mesh of the fins.

Yes bumper off job. I tried to do it without removing the bumper and failed.
