Just had the cassette replaced in mine. Absolutely outrageous that a modern, expensive car can have a fault such as this after only 4/5 years. Taking into account that the water ingress could ‘fry’ electrics if not spotted in time this should have been a recall :audibash:

Was this done under Audi extended warranty?

There is a class action in the States - but then there are class actions for most things over there...

I had the problems year ago but the water was also on the drivers side. The dealer I bought it from agreed to let my to take it to Audi to fix it under warranty. I had people tell me about all sorts of blocked drains etc. It turned out to be coming from a defective seals on the Bose speaker units. They sorted it and replaced the carpets. From my knowledge the units hadn’t been removed.
I hope you get it sorted, it is a very annoying problem which shouldn’t occur on premium car!
