Fixed Price Servicing at Audi

Hi All,

RS6 is in Audi for a 40000 mile service, including plugs.
It’s under extended warranty, registered Dec15 facelift.

Just got a phone call to say it’s ready, but they only changed 7 of 8 plugs, as one was seized. They will need to book it in again and probably for 2 days, sir. I asked as its fixed price servicing, I presume I won’t be paying any more than the £833 service charged already. I’ll have to check with the service manager, sir.

Anyway, I’ll go and collect it tomorrow, what would you reasonably expect the answer to be guys??

They shouldn't;t be charging you any more, it 's fixed price for a reason.

I wouldn’t have asked and opened the door to extra costs. If they had presented an extra cost on collection I would explain what fixed price means.
