Euhm, you always use your audi/OEM electric actuators (the 'motor' you bolt onto the flap mechanisme so that isn't the issue. Maybe the coil spring between the actuator and flap gets softer over time but didn't had luck finding them as seperate part. Just dump that little milltek spring ;). You do not want to drive the car hard with closed flaps for long time....

Actually in sound I can’t agree with you, Miltek has deep roaring sound if u use stock Downpipes and Miltek none resonated exhaust, akra is overpriced and not worth so much money at all, akra sounds similar to Audi sport exhaust
If you want an akra type of sound, just replace your milltek H into an X pipe ;). Did it on mine and lost indeed that typical milltek raspy deep sound into a more turbo blown refinder sound.

My Miltek is non resonated version does it make sense? Where that X pipe can be purshased?

For time being I am very happy with Miltek sound (2 years)

Rs6 or s6? Rs non res has no silencers up front, s6 non res has silencers. Sadely i couldnt find 70mm/2.75" x pipe so had to made a converted 3" x pipe.
