Recommended pads for steel brakes

Post by HDPete » Wed Mar 13, 2019 8:00 pm

Hi

My C7.5PE has 30% left on the fronts with some slight disc scoring. What is the recommended replacement of pad, over those offered by Audi and are there any forum partners who supply?

Thanks
Pete

I used Ferodo DS2500 with Goodridge braided hoses with better brake fluid and thought they were better than OEM especially once they had a bit of heat in them.
Only down side was that they don't come with any wear sensors so you have to keep an eye on them and use a shorting device to stop getting an error on the dash (which is an MOT failure).

Yep DS2500's, you will notice the difference especially when it's raining.
