MMI Glitch

Again since I bought the car the MMI has played up will glitch and put the radio into a service station? on media it stops the track 5 seconds later back on and does the same with the phone cuts off talking and then starts up, I have had it in Audi main dealer on the computer all updates correct and no issues, the garage I bought off also had them check it, they reckon its my phone (Samsung) as need to keep clearing its history and caches??? I did this and it is better but not perfect, my VW T6 never has issues and my 2015 RS4 also never had this problem has anyone else had this happen? don't get me wrong the garage I bought the car off couldn't be more helpful but it takes the shine off owning the car and shouldn't have this issue?

I don't have an answer but I would speak to this guy www.vagcarcoding.com he is Audi approved and really knows his stuff, probably more than Audi themselves.
